Especially with eating healthy and trying not to eat all the junk food! I did manage an intense workout yesterday of walkouts, reverse flys, presses and kneeling wood choppers, but not the back to back combos I was aiming for ( 6:20 AM wake up by dogs in my bed on my 1st Sat off in a year had me w/ a dull headache all day but ice cream, M&Ms n
